A mysterious gendarmerie report

The Compagnie de Gendarmerie des Côtes du Nord reports that the gendarmerie of Loudéac arrested three Germans on 2 December 1944 at around 11 pm. They were dressed as parachutists and headed for Rennes.
On 3 December 1944 at 3 am, after an attack on a farm, the gendarmerie of Lamballe arrested an alleged German individual. He was taken to the military security office in Saint Brieuc and confessed to having been parachuted in the evening in the Collinée area with 14 of his comrades. He was dressed in F.F.I. Of the rank of sergeant-chef and was provided with all useful French documents with a photograph. It is to be presumed that the other Germans are either in military uniform F.F.I. or in plain clothes. They are, it seems, provided with French coins and food cards, textile cards and other false coins that appear real.

Re: A mysterious gendarmerie report

A Ju 188 operated from Guernsey on "special operations" (which often meant agent-dropping) at the end of December 1944 but I have nothing for the early part of the month.
