Seeking photos/information for several II./KG54 He111 crashes in France around mid-day on May 19, 1940

Hello,

I'm seeing photos, further information on several II./KG54 He111 crashes in France after a mid-day air battle with British Hurricanes on May 19, 1940.

We believe that one crashed and exploded at "Capelle-en-Pévéle" attempting a forced landing, with the entire crew of Uffz Ernst Baum KIA.

Three other 4 Staffel planes crashed SE of Lille, exact locations unknown. We are trying to pinpoint precise crash locations, and locate photos for two of these a/c. All three of these a/c may have come down relatively intact, although one may have been fired by the crew. All crews had casualties aboard, but had survivors.

Another for which we are seeking photos and/or further eye-witness information is a 6 Staffel a/c that "crashed and exploded in woods near Fournes, SW of Bléhaniers." One bailed out and survived.

I'm aware of what Peter Cornwell has published in his French Campaign book.

So, can anyone be of any help here?

Thanx,
