Ju-88G-1/G-6 problem with variants

Hi, all.
I have a little problem with wariants of Ju-88G-1/G-6. At some photo´s I seen litlle differences by Ju-88G-1/G-6. Ones Ju-88G-1 have two ventilators at fuselage and other Ju-88 G-1 haven´t these ventilators. It depends at different series in manufacture? (see FOTO_ 2, FOTO_5 and FOTO_6 )

Two question is what is it on photo of Ju-88G-6 (see FOTO_1 and FOTO_3) two "windows" under cockpit (see FOTO_1 and FOTO_3)?

And last question, what are colour at Ju-88G-6 from bohemia (see FOTO_1) basic colour is RML 76, next a don´t know, do you know what are next colour?

In advace Thanks and I´m sorry form ma English.

Re: Ju-88G-1/G-6 problem with wariants

King Tiger...

Both the Ju88G-1 and G-6 had air vents in the fuselage, but it was less common to see this on G-1s. The initial G-1s had an air vent in each wing, close to the wing root. The fuselage vents became standardised on the G-6 and the wing root vents were deleted on this version.

The 'window' in photo 3 is actually an access panel. It is part of a blister on the fuselage side, and may have given access to the forward fuel tank (480 ltr) which was positioned inside the fuselage at this point. It appears to have been removed on the aircraft in the photo at the time it was photographed. I don't know why there would be two panels. I am only aware of one being positioned at the front of the blister.

As for the camouflage colours... sorry, it just looks too confusing to believe... ! I could hazard a guess, but would most likely be very wrong... :o

Hope this information helps.

Re: Ju-88G-1/G-6 problem with wariants

Thanks you.
The first windows was for forward fuel tank and the second windows it could have been access panel for schrage musik over cocpit? Could been these panel /the second panel/ on the other side of fuselage? Was these "typ" of Ju-88G-6. Could be, there tipical blister on the left?

And two ventilators at fuselage could bee for schrage musik in the middle of fuselage?
