FAA, 766 Sqn, Landrail, air crash
HORSEY, Trevor, Ty/Sub Lieutenant (A), RNVR, killed
STAGG, John K, Ty/Act/Leading Airman, FAA/FX 86635, killed
WILDING, Robert, Ty/Sub Lieutenant (A), RNVR, killed

From Sturtivant's F.A.A. Aircraft 1939-1945, page 94:

Swordfish II DK691 - crashed on navex at approx. 55º 31'N, 60º 25' W [sic - that's in Greenland, so possibly 6º 25' W ?], cat Z 16.3.43 (S/L T. Horsey, S/L R. Wilding & LA J. K. Stagg all killed).

DK691 had previously been involved in a crash-landing on the Isle of Wight on March 17th 1942:
