Dopey Edwards's books

Goronwy Edwards has apparenyly written 3 books: Dust in the Clouds, Norwegian Patrol and Flying to Norway Grounded in Burma. Question: how much do the last 2 overlap or is the latter a reprint of the former?

Hello,

Not, "Dust in the Clouds"; Head in the Clouds: A Young RAF Pilot's Life in the Late 30's. The sub-title just about says it all! Fine writer - the man has a great sense of humour.

I meant that is "Flying to Norway Grounded in Burma" a reprint of the "Norwegian Patrol"? Afaik the Norwegian Patrol starts when the Dust in the Clouds ends. So does the FtNGiB beging where the Norwegian Patrol ends?

FTNGIB is not a reprint of Norwegian Patrol but that's not say there isn't overlap.
If you use the look inside feature on Amazon (if it's available for the book you're interested in), you can almost always access the first pages which provide the copyright information, which gives the first publication date of the title and also mentions if it's a reprint of a previous title
For
https://www.amazon.ca/Flying-Norway-...grounded+burma

Copyright is given as 2008 and no mention of it being a reprint. Note also Norwegian Patrol is given as a 1985 publication.

However as previously mentioned , how much of Norwegian Patrol is duplicated in the Pen & Sword title is impossible to know without access to a review or the interior of actual books themselves

That is why I am asking here if a forumite happens to have these books or has read them....
