Unknown German pilot, Aug. 29,1944

Dear friends,

on August 29th, 1944, 2ndBG flew the mission # 263, target Moravska Ostrava. 20thSqdn was attacked by 89 German fighters over white Carpathian mountains. Whole 20thSqdn (7 B-17G´s), one B-17G and one B-24 from another groups were shot down. 41 American fliers were kiiled, 28 of them buried at the mass grave in Slavicin (Czech Republic).I´m in touch with some American & German veterans participating on this battle.
And now to my question:
One of these B-17G´s, belonging to the 20thSqdn, #42-32048, MACR 8098,
was shot down near small village Krhov. One of the German pilots participating on this kill landed on some airport (probably Kunovice or Otrokovice), toke a motorbike with the sidecar there, drove to Bojkovice (5 km away from crash place), toke a local photoghrafer and drove to the crash place with him in order to make some pictures. Unfortunately this photographer passed away, but I have heard that he mentioned the name of this German pilot as ''Novak''. We still don´t know the name of this pilot.
Willi Reschke mentions in his book ''JG301/JG302'' a kill to Obfw. Heinz Nevack, 1./JG302. The names Novak & Nevack are similar, but we never saw a picture, nor any information about this pilot. I also have spoke about it with Willi Reschke but he also doesn´t know anything about him...
May be this unknown pilot has nothing to do with this Nevack, so here is the list of German fighers with confirmed kills on that day:
Fw. Karl Schauenberg, 4./JG300
Fw. Konrad Bauer, 5./JG300
Fw. Walter Vogel, 2./JG3
Uffz. Rudolf Hennersdorf, 1./JG300
Fw. Walter Loos, Stab/JG300
Uffz. Jürgen Wellhausen, 7./JG300
Uffz. Afred Büthe, 3./JG300
Fw Willi Unger, 15./JG3, 2 victories
Uffz. Heinz-Julius Uchdorf, 16./JG3
Uffz. Klaus Neumann, 16./JG3
Oblt. Eberhard Schade, 6./JG27
Uffz. Hannes Schmitz, 1./JG300
Uffz. Paul Mang, 9./JG53
Uffz. Willi Reschke, 1./JG302
Uffz. Herman Heck, 9./JG53
Ofw. Adalbert Koch, 6./JG300
Ltn. Werner Hermann, 10./JG53
Uffz. Herman Pusch, 11./JG53 (or Günther Busch?)
Oblt. Karl Ritter, 11./JG53
Ltn. Josef Törfer, 5./JG27
Obfw. Heinz Nevack, 1./JG302
Ofhr. Gerhard Piel, 5./JG300
Uffz. Hansotto Nehls, 11./JG300
Flg. Fritz Weinzierl, 11./JG53
Fw. Rudolf Zwesken, 6./JG300
Ltn. Lutz-Gottfried Hengst, 9./JG300
Ofhr. Herbert Köhler, 9./JG300

So it had to be someone of them, could anyone help me to identify this unknown pilot? Picture of him attached.

Just a little note- according to my correspondence with Herrn Willi Reschke and Jean-Yves Lorant Ofw. Heinz Nevack has never existed.
The correct name is Ofw. Heinz Weuack, 2./JG300.

Just to add another note, the pilot is also identified as Uffz Mang from III.JG-53 in the publication "Luftwaffe: Air War Over the Czech Lands" by Jiri Rajlich (WWP Prague 2000). From the list above, that would be Uffz Paul Mang, 9./JG-53

Quote from publication:
"Das is meine arbeit-...he should be Uffz Mang from III/JG-53...and these words were allegedly said at the wreckage of of the B-17G 42-32048 called "Mary" from the 20th BS."

Thank you for your post, I know this source. We have a pic of Mang and unfortunately that´s not him. This info is wrong.
