British PoW Questionnaires to be released!

the British government has finally released the WWII PoW Liberation Questionnaires to the National Archives at Kew. The documents will be avilable for public inspection as from Tuesday, 4th January.

This collection of documents, which covers just under half of all British and Commonwealth PoWs, will fill out a considerable imformation gap concerning British PoWs.

The new records will be under the WO 344 series.
