Is there a book or a site where I can have a breakdown of the Werknummer blocks allocated to the various versions of the He 219?

Hello Chris,

Yes, there is. Though the Rostock-production of the He219 is less documented than the Vienna-produced He219's, the ordered production numbers/known losses/nearly completely known monthly output etc. has resulted in a nearly complete listing of Werkenummer and corresponding Stammkennzeichen. A few blanks still exist, but with the growing number of flight logs with transfer flights it will finaly result in an almost 100% accurate reconstruction.
