One of my Warrant Officers during recruit training was WOFF "Trigger" Tregilgas who was ex-9 SQN. His flight suit is displayed on a mannequin beside the Iroquois in the Museum up at Port Pirie. During my time in rookies, he was an ADGie and taught us fieldcraft.

My Dad was with 1 AFH ("Callsign Vampire") at Vung Tau in 68/69 and therefore had a close association with 9 SQN
