Can anyone provide details of the loss of the Ju 88A-5 Werk-Nr.0591 on the 28.07.1941?

28.7. 3.(F)/22 Feindflug Ort (Auftrag) unbekannt, Ursache unbekannt,
Ju 88 A-5 0591 4N+KL 100%
F Lt Friedrich Werber vermisst
B Ofw Herbert Schäfer vermisst
Bf Uffz Richard Kuhn vermisst
Bs Uffz Karl Reuls vermisst.

Correction from November 18, 1941 a):
Besatzung Lt Werber gefallen. Streiche: 4 Vermisste. Setze: 4 Tote.
