I am very interested in the officialy losses incurred by the Russians in the airplane JaK all version. Only in the Western Pomerania temporary period from 02.20.45 to 03.15.45 specifically-Stargard- Stettin-Pyritz region. Any help thank you in advance. Best Regards Jarek |

Are the causes of any of the losses known? (e.g. Flak, fighter or accident)

Re: Losses Jak in Pomern 1945
This is pure combat losses. Three to AA fire, others to air combat or missing in action.
Forgot to mention one combat loss in 234 IAD, Yak-3 №2125 of 133 IAP. Due to rather seldom reason in 1945 - air ramming. Pilot bailed out east of Massow over enemy held territory. March 3, 1945. |

According to the site aeroram.ru, the Yak-3 pilot, Leytenant Nikolay Mihaylovich Antipov, was killed.http://aeroram.narod.ru/win/a/antipov_nm.htm

Hi, Laurent,
Operational documents say "bailed out over the enemy held territory". Perhaps he was shot on the ground or parachute failed to open. Quote:
