Uffz. Otto Dietrich, JG 51

Uffz. Otto Dietrich (born 1912) from Stabskp./JG 51 was the first fatal loss of JG 51.

He died in an accident on September 26, 1939.
What was the cause of the accident and where?
Was he a pilot or a mechanic, please?
