Hello ,

According to me this is one off the rockers arms box covers on top off the cylinderhead.

I doubt it is an rocker arm cover. More pictures and scale would help.

Hi ClinA-78 ,

You could be right , here a photo off a BMW engine from the Brussels museum Ju-52 i worked on for some time.
