Names of Luftwaffe aircrew lost on 19/20th April 1941 in attacks on England
Hi,
Can anyone provide additional information to that listed by The Blitz Then and Now Volume II about crew losses on the above date. This volume lists the crew who died in a HE 111 of 7/KG4 and a Ju88 of 1/KG76 but does not list crews KIA on the following: He 111 of 3/KG4; Ju88 of 4/KG76; II/KG76 crash on return; Ju88 of KG77; and a He 111 of II/KG53 at Brugge. Can anyone provide crew losses for these aircraft? With mnay thanks - as always Rick |

As Soesterberg is in Holland and the targets that night were London and a number of other targets (I have not the time to check at present) I would say yes-where else do you think they could have been operating?
