Seeking advice as to if the Nowarra book contains lost lists of aircraft and crews or does it just mention losses in the narrative without detail,

Pretty much the latter as would be expected. There aren't the appendices you'd might hope for but it does have very nice photographic coverage, including a number of crews who are pretty much fully identified. It's still worth getting if you have an interest in this topic and you can pick it up cheaply enough.
