Can anyone provide information on the loss of Bogomir Roter (Croat)/KG who was killed on the 26.01.1942?

It appears from this text (in Russian); "был поражен взрывом собственных бомб, сброшенных с низкой высоты. В этот же день у хорватов произошел крайне неприятный .." .that he was downed by the explosion of his own bomb(s) dropped from low altitude.
