Just in case anyone can help, looks like a new flight sim covering the Pacific is being created
 

I don't work for them but I do follow flight simulation developments.
The chap over there has been involved in some of the most accurate flight sims. in recent years and he is currently looking for info on Japanese aircraft, airfields and a variety of other information.

I think they are looking for photos of airfields and their locations, so maybe for anyone in this forum who is interested in sharing info. the link above has various requests, so hopefully one day we can recreate some great battles of the Pacific era.
