RAF Leaflet Dropping: 1939-40
Apart from the Whitley, Wellington and Hampden, were other RAF a/c types employed on this duty in '39-'40?

Re: RAF Leaflet Dropping: 1939-40
I haven't come across any evidence of a Blenheim Nickel sortie per se, but that does not mean that they did not drop leaflets as well as more serious cargo

Thanks Martin & Graham.

Re: RAF Leaflet Dropping: 1939-40
Not that I know much about early-war ops, but I'd never heard of Blenheims or Battles dropping leaflets.
There wouldn't be much room for leaflets in Blenheims would there? … even less in Battles! Ian |
