Schirrmeister and Albatros D.II

is a photo of an Albatros D.II and pilot Schirrmeister. I'm wondering if anyone with either a) better eyesight or b) better pc skills than myself can identify the serial number on this machine. Also the unit in which Schirrmeister served, assuming that it is a personal name which may not be the case as a Schirrmeister is also a maintenance technical sergeant .
