Cdr Colthurst HMS Avenger

Hi guys

Cdr Colthurst was lost when Avenger was sunk in November 1942. However, he had compiled a report regarding Avenger's role in PQ18 in September 1942.

The report is at the National Archives but I can't find a reference number. Can anyone help, please?
