More probably Boulogne-sur-Mer, but the airfield of this town, Boulogne-Alprecht was mainly a Navy place, and not a place with woods as on the photo. But it could be elsewre in the area...

Scrapped Allied planes turned over to the French after Normandy. I wonder if the French hold any records about this.

Found by edwest: Bloch 131 RB-4-Nr-48, target tower. White stripes to enhance visibility. Flying fro Cazeaux or Toulouse or Orange in 1940.
