Do 17Z loss details

Hello all,

I'm looking for any loss records on a Dornier Do 17Z, possible code 5K+GU (white "G"). The Werknummer looks like it could be in the 12xx range. It has the early style, mid-position swastika on the fin/rudder (the rudders are yellow and cover half of the swastika). I assume the time period should be between March and July 1942 when the 10.(kroat)/KG3 was stationed in Agram.
