37 Sqn - collision over north italy?
Hello friend, investigating about a twin engined plane crashed near Cremona (north italy) on 14th of july 1944, i have the suspect that the plane belong to the 142 Sqn, and collided with another Wellington of 37 Sqn.
From the local i get only a name of the airmen deceased in the crash, Sgt. Cashin, who appear belonging to the 142 Sqn. From the CWGC, another airmen dead in that night was the Sgt. Dennis Victor Henry Barnes. 37 Sqn. 205 Group made a mission over Milan in that night, anyone can confirm my suspects? Thanks Mick |

Thank you Hank, my informations came from a researcher of Cremona, who told me about TWO planes. One of the two crashed, as you say to me, near pizzighettino, and the other near Cremona!
