P-47D Razor interior photo/plan needed
 

Has anyone got a photo or diagram that can show me how the gun sight looks from the front and just outside the '47D? Alternatively, a front shot from inside the '47, so I can see the control panel and gun sight?

Have you tried digging through the galleries of www.web-birds.com and www.littlefriends.co.uk yet? You're bound to find some close-up photos of pilots sitting in their cockpits, also revealing the gunsight (although this was often covered for security reasons!).

Hmmm not really. I do have a few ongoing jobs, but barely the time to work on them. It's a pity I can't make a living out of it, otherwise I'd leave my daytime job in the blink of an eye! :)
