Responsibility of Luftwaffe airfields

Hi,

I hope somebody might help me on a problem :

I wondered wether, on the Eastern Front, LW units from different Luftflotten could have been stationed on the same airfield... (I am particularly thinking of the 1943-1945 years).

I'd rather say that 'Verlegungen' of units between higher commands were very frequent.
