Squadron Leader Terence O'Brien dies

I've just heard Squadron Leader Terence O'Brien passed away at the beginning of September. I just wanted take this opportunity to pass my on commisserations, and best wishes, to his family and friends.

I found Terence O'Brien to be very unassuming but helpful when I met him many moons ago - one of the old school and very much a gentleman.
