Bücker 181 Bestmann code:NA+NV

Hello guys,

My brother got one small photo. On the pictures has one Bücker 181,
stammkennzeichen code: NA+NV. Can somebody tell me more details of this aircraft. Example: factory date, units, pilots who flew it.

Could you please confirm it's a Bü 181 ?
I have NA+NS/T/U as Bü 131...
