Loss of BV 222 V-8

I am searching about the loss of the following plane:
German flying-boat BLOHM & VOSS BV 222 "X4+AK", date 10th December 1942 at the mediterranean sea while flying from Tarent/Italy to Tripolis/Libya. The plane should be attacked by "Beaufighters" from 227.Sqn.

Who can tell me what happened exactly, and what about the crew?
