Ju88 Loss 11.7.40
 

On 11.7.40 a Ju88 was shot down by Blenheims of No236 squadron during an attack on British destroyers off Start Point. The victors were said to be
Peachment, McDonough, and Riley. Time approx. 12.10hrs.
The JU88 was from I/KG51 and the 4 crewmen were listed as lost in action.
Can anybody name the German crew?

Hi;

This loss (Reported as no. 11 in GeQu.6.Abt. losses dated 14.07.40) has amendment d/28.01.41 - Amd says indentical with entry 89 of 15.01.40 - one that crash landed in France 11.07.40. Aircraft loss in question could however be of II/LG 1 or C-2 of Z/KG 30 reported same day.
