Does anyone have any record as to the fate of this ac which flew with II/KG 53?

I must get going again on my 111 database!
All I have at present on this:- H-5 Built by Heinkel, Rostock Crash landed at Vitry, France during sortie on 4 February 1941, aircraft 15% damaged. Crew unhurt. - Suffered 45% damage in emergency landing at Laptowa, Ostfront after enemy fire during sortie on 28 August 1941. Fw Herbert Hubner (gunner) injured. Sorry no more at present! Thanks gents. I have series of photos of this ac presumably taken at Vitry in 1941 as the ac has the hastily applied black to the national markings and Wk Nr.
