1938 era VVS 41st Division? Fighters?

Hello,

I am looking for any help about the Soviet Air Force (VVS) 41st air division. This is the original designation, not a guards designation. I do not know for what kind of aircraft. This would be for the period between 1938-1940. Any help would be most appreciated.
