Hptm Georg Gawlina

Gawlina was a Stuka pilot with III/StG 77 from 1 Oct 40 to 1 Sep 42 during which time he was wounded; does anyone have a date for when he was wounded? He was eventually killed with 3/SKG 10 in Apr 44

It seems not to appear in the lists of losses between 1940 nd 1942, just fond one ltn Gawlina wounded on 12.mai 40 with KG76..

Remi: It is the same Lt Georg Gawlina (6/KG 76) as the DoB match but he was a Beobachter so he must have been a pilot observer or retrained. Many thanks
