I would recommend you to little bit wait because re-edition (with many unpublished stories and snapshots) of this book (Na nebi sladké Francie) is planned to be published in Svět křídel Publishing House (www.svetkridel.cz) during this year, most probably first half.

Am pretty certain there was a copy on the bookshelf at The Aviation Bookshop, Tunbridge Wells, last time I was there in December. Either Simon or Justin should be able to help you.
