Hello Alain,

According to J.PRIEN/RODEIKE in Jagdgeschwader 1 und 11 crashed his aircraft 10 km südl. Löwen. No other details. Feustel was Staffelführer of 2./JG 1. Fw.190A-6,sw.8, serialno. is somewhat different :550457.
Hope this helps.
Dirk

A German plane crashed on 17/08/1943 in Lummen near ‘De Zwarte Beek’ in the hamlet ‘Gestel’. It is now situated near the tourist cycling-track between the ‘Ashoekstraat’ and the ‘Sint-Lutgardisstraat’. Probably the pilot was Hans Feustel.
