Meteorological Report Or Something Else?

Attached is a form that my father kept after the war. He did a tour on Hampden's as a wireless operator/air gunner and a tour on Lancaster's as a wireless operator.

Can anyone clarify what is reported here? I don't think it involves weather as headings and courses to be flown are noted.

Hi,
As far as I can tell it is what we to-day call the METAR, the actual weather at the airfields listed. QDM is not a heading to be flown, but the bearing to the transmitter. QFE is the altimeter setting of the airfield in question, if set, the altimeter will read zero when you land. This is opposed to QNH, where you will read the airfield elevation when you land.
