Help dating a B-25 pic

I have a photo of a B-25 which I am trying to date. It
"looks" like it was taken at Pearl harbour. Finish is natural metal. on teh side, rather than nose art, it says, "Countries We Have Visited", with around 19 flags of different nationalities.

ideas?

Is it in any way possible to scan your pic and place it on this board?
