Would it be possible to introduce an alarm key to call moderators in case of any doubt of thread contents? I think it should improve moderation.

There is the warning sign in the upper right corner of a post, which functions more or less in that way.

No, you are not, sometimes in a bulk of graphic and interesting content man could not spot that small sign. Enjoy :)
