Alain,

Chorley, in Vol.5 of BCL, states that the Mosquito was shot down over the target - Koln.

Regards
Peter

Unfortunately, the exact location of the crash sites of many Bomber Command losses are not known unless the crew were initially buried in a local cemetery. The Casualty Files for each loss might have more detail but these are not available to the general public as they are still regarded as being staff-in-confidence

Claim was made in the area Koeln / Moenchen-Gladbach, don't have an exact crash location though.
