VVS units

Can anyone help me with two queries on VVS units?
The first is 146 IAP/115 GvIAP. Does anyone know to which divisions these units were attached and when?
Secondly the 2 & 4 ON AD (Special designation Air Divisions). Does anyone know their function and composition?

In 1942, 145IAP was in Moscows military district, more or less a reserve if I understand correctly:

A little bit OT: Was it common that Yak3 and Yak9 were used side by side in ONE IAP?

Yes, it was very often the the regiment have mixed plane type Yak-1,3,7,9. It is common, if the IAP receipts it's plane from other unit or from repair unit. The other point is the different tactical possibility: the Yak-9 has longer range it is necessary for escort or recce mission.
The Lavochkin IAP have also mixed types: La-5F,FN, La-7
