Gladiator N5784 80 Squadron 1940/41

Hi guys

N5784 had served with 33 Squadron as NW-L prior to being transferred to 80 Squadron. I have it as being lost on 31 January 1941. Can anyone confirm or refute this, please? Any record of it flying after 31 January 1941?

Hello Brian,

Air Brit L1000 -N9999 only has ref to 33 Sqdn and that she was SOC 31.5.41

Brian,

According to Chris Shores in "Aces High" N5784 was flown by PO William Vale of 80 Sqn. in Nov./Dec. 40 to claim 7.5 confirmed plus 1/2 damaged over Greece.
