Some Belgian Losses June 1940

Hi,

I`m looking for any details concerning following accidents/losses:
- 07.06.40 1/Sgt.Delorme emergency-landing somewhere in France with Fairey Firefly
- 13.06.40 III/2 Adj.Vandepoel emergency-landing in the area of Beziers with Fairey Firefly Y.62
I have yet general questions - how many Belgian planes were abandoned in France? Does anybody have details of these aircrafts?

TIA

Regards

Robert

Re: Some Belgian Losses June 1940

Hello Robert,

Maybe more information can be found on 'Biplane fighter aces - Belgium'

Via this site, Aeropedia / Belgae Gallorum Fortissimi, I couln't find any reference to Belgian Air force actions in june 1940 - but maybe it will give the information in the future.

Just as this page: Belgian Air Force Losses May 1940 - as I didn't find yet any Belgian Air Forces casualties in June 1940 the information there stops in May.

Bart
