Anyone know this fellow?
 

Hi all.

In my Museum's collection there are 4 albums which came from a former member of 1.(F)/22. Amongst the 300 or so photographs is a rather large series of photographs showing an event when a high-ranking offiser visited the unit, almost certainly just after Barbarossa started, possibly in the vicinity of Pleskau. I have attached two images of him here.

Anyone recognize him? I would appreciate this information as I am currently indexing and cataloguing the photographs.
