The date of this picture is wrong. These Dutch navy aircraft are painted in the pre-ww2 scheme (rudder in red white blue and roundel in red whit blue) WW2 scheme (sept 1939 - may 1940) was orange rudder and orange-black triangle on fuselage and wings The aircraft are Fokker CVIIw seaplanes. The L-10 entered service in 01-01-1931 and went out of service 07-07-1938 (write off because of crash at Dutch Navy Vliegkamp Schellingwoude (airfield for seaplanes) L-17 entered service at 17-08-1932 and was used as a trainer. At 10-05-1940 the aircraft was destroyed, being a write off, source is this site Looking at this data the picture must has been taken between august 1932 and july 1938. Location probably Schellingwoude |
