Crash landed Hurricane.

Hi,

Who knows more about the story of this peculiar Hawker Hurricane?
Probably crashlanded in may-june 1940, but where? Dunkirk area or not? After airfight damages or due to engine failure?
And what about the serial an pilot?
Only one thing seems sure: 145 Sqn RAF.
