Tu-2 Air Raids on Koningsberg, April, 1945

Hello:

I was wondering if anyone might know what squadrons were assigned Tu-2's that were used during the bombing of Koningsberg, Prussia in conjunction with the attack on the city between April 6-9, 1945? Also which Front or Army they were assigned to if known.

I do have the Wudawnictwo Militaria book # 235 on the Battle for Koningsberg but while the book is in Polish with the exception of the captions and a brief English summary, the bombing of the city which does apear in the Polish text was not included in the English summary.

Thank you.

840 DBAP was using TU-2's in the Koenigsberg area in Mar45. On the 11Mar45 one of the squadron's missed their escort and had 9 Tu-2's shot down by German fighters (Don't know which unit). If some one has "Long-Range Aviation of Russia" from Aviation and Cosmonautics 2004 it might can give you more.
