FW190G-1 SKG10

On 21.jan. a pilot of the Erst.nacht SKG10 Uffz Franz Schwarz didn't return from an action above England, his plane a FW190G-1 is numbered 01 45835 who can decypher this code , 1458 seems not plane already lost 8.sept.43 145835 looks not as a G serie number, 4583 not more ,5835 could sound more friendly...

Remi: Schwarz crashed on landing at Tours in a G-1 145835 not on a mission over England. The one lost on 8 Sep 43 was an A-5 1485?

Re: FW190G-1 SKG10

According to my files W.Nr. 014 5835 was a Fw 190A-4/U-8, St.Kz. RG+UM built by Arado Tutow and delivered 29.12.1942. It suffered 10% damage on 21.12.1943 while serving with Erg.(Nacht)/S.K.G. 10.
Unfortunately, I do not have any further details of its service history and the accident.

Re: FW190G-1 SKG10

No ennemy-flight you are right , 1485 is a valid A-5 number so it certainly was an A-5, nd it seems that Seaplanes is right 14 is for the A-4 ,5835 is on the range used for the A-4

Many thks to both
