10/5/41 Beaufighter raid Comiso - Ju52s destroyed.
 

Hi guys

Whilst on the subject of Ju52s lost to ground strafing, I have a note that two were destroyed by Beaufighters during a raid on Comiso (Sicily) on 10 May 1941. Can these losses be confirmed? Apparently a Bf110 was also damaged in this raid.

I also have a note that two Ju52s were possibly shot down by Beaufighters on 24 September 1941 over the Bay of Bombay. Any losses?

Once again any help will be appreciated.

Quite uncommon a day where people make under-claims,

Didn't found any Bf110 for that date nor Ju52 for the 24.sept.

Just to add that at least 3 men of ground staff were killed + 2 wounded one from ZG26...at least Bf110 in the place there were
