Capt. Malson or Molson, 8th AF '42 DFC AM
I know, not much to go on. All I have is his nice 1941 pattern US Quartermaster issue officers tunic cut-down by a tailor in to an ike jacket in 1942. Early in. Name is either Malson or Molson depending on how one reads his handwriting. Captain. English made 8th AF. DFC. AM with 3 OLCs. American campaign with one star. EMT with three stars. Any help would be most appreciated. Even to a group level??
Thanks a ton, Tod |
Re: Capt. Malson or Molson, 8th AF '42 DFC AM
There is a Ralph B Malson, B-17 pilot, from Wisconsin listed on the American Battle Monuments Commision site. It's in the section honouring veterans etc and he may still be alive. Could be him?
