Need help about P-47D-16-RE

Gentlemen,
I need your help about a P-47D-16-RE.
I am building a model of 42-75971 using the Tamiya 1/72nd scale kit.
I would know :
* what propeller : broad or narrow blades ?
* What model of engine ?
* this serie was painting in olive drab/gray or left in natural metal ?
* what RE or RA suffix means ?
Thank you in advance for your precious help.
Have a good week-end.

RE- Evansville plant
RA- Farmingdale plant - no other difference

-16 had factory Paddle blades, Kits started arriving in Dec 1943 for earlier versions but not retro fitted completely until April-May, 1944

Color scheme would depend on the group. Many 8th AF FG's were in NMF from states in April 1944.

Not sure which -no for the R-2800.. would that make a difference in a 1/72 scale model?

Thank you drgondog for your help.
I think that "paddle" means broad blades.
This plane was captured by germans on May 25th, 1944 (and coded T9+LK). It was from 301st FS, 332nd FG, 15th AF. If it would be in Natural metal, the color scheme would be with german paints, if not, it would be a probability that it would be in original drab color.
About the engine, only for curiosity (I suspect a water-injection one).
Thank you again for help.

Re: Need help about P-47D-16-RE

It was olive drab and neutral grey while in the 332 FG.
It was ex-325 FG checker clan # 27 ,pilot was George Novotny. The P-47D was named "Ruthless Ruthie" Photo on the Web-Birds sight.Look under 325 FG 15th AF.
Engine would be the mid 2800.
Quickboast makes a resin engine that is very nice if you don't like the kit engine.
The pilot from 332 FG landed on the wrong airfield from what I gathered, he and the P-47 was captured.

Thank you very much !!!
This pilot was from the Tuskegee airmen and I found profiles of his plane, but no photo for the moment.
Have a good Sunday
Friendly yours
