Luftwaffe Judicial Officials versus Luftwaffe Courts Martial Officals

I notice in my reference books the existence of both the Luftwaffe Judicial Officials(wine red nebenfarbe) and Luftwaffe Courts Martial Officials(Carmine nebenfarbe).

Does anyone know the roles of these men? Also, what is the difference in the two branches? They both seem like they are within the legal profession, but why did they have two different branches?

Lw Judicial Officals "Rechtskundiger Dienst" handle all duties with private laws, military laws (like pay rules etc.) for soldiers and officals in the Luftwaffe.

Court Martial officals work only for General Judgement in the Luftwaffe in front of an Court. The german word is "Kriegsgerichtsbarkeit" "Kriegsgerichtsherr", they often sent soldiers like desserteurs in prison or at the front of the execution squad.
